My first formal mentoring client

I had a meeting yesterday at a coffee-shop in Northgate Shopping Centre with a poet buddy of mine.

He has asked me to be his creativity mentor. He's putting together a one-person show of his poems, and he'd like me to keep him on track.

NLP, Hypnotism & Training with Adam Eason

My first exposure to Adam Eason was through his website. I signed up for his free e-zine, and downloaded his free 17-minute 'Deep Relaxation' hypnosis session.

My girlfriend and I have been listening to it nightly before sleeping for two weeks, and it's really awesome.

I then decided that I would like to try his stress management series. So I bought it. I've listened to three of the six sections of this two-week program, and I have to recommend it.
